Poseidon Energy S.A. · Luxembourg · 561 MW Reserved · +1 GW Target by 2030

On-site power
for datacenters and defence.
Independent. Resilient. Carbon negative.

We design, invest, build and operate on-site power as a service. Where the grid cannot, and where primary and secured backup power is needed. From 2.5 MW pilots to +500 MW campuses. 561 MW already reserved to build from 2027. Target: +1 GW in Europe by 2030, representing over €5B in infrastructure CAPEX.

There is the world we live in.
And the one we leave behind.

The next generation will inherit the infrastructure decisions we make today. Every megawatt we build either deepens dependency and carbon debt, or creates genuine independence and measurable sustainability.

Poseidon was founded to prove that critical infrastructure can power itself completely, cleanly, and permanently. Not through compromise. Through better engineering.

Your energy, Our future. Let’s build together today.

01 — Datacenters

Any scale.
Carbon negative.

For datacenter operators and infrastructure developers of any scale, from 2.5 MW edge deployments to 500 MW campuses. 561 MW already reserved across active projects.

  • 2.5 MW pilots to 500 MW campuses
  • No NOₓ, no SOₓ, no heavy metals, no diesel
  • Integrated CO₂ capture and district heat export
  • EU Taxonomy and ESG compliant, carbon-negative certified
  • TIER IV certification pathway via uptime instituut
  • Replicable template for global hyperscale expansion

02 — Defence

Sovereign.
Secure.

Critical infrastructure cannot depend on a grid it does not control. Poseidon’s island-mode SOFC microgrids deliver guaranteed power independence for defence campuses and NATO-aligned sovereign installations.

  • Black-start capability, no grid required to restart
  • Island-mode operation, full grid independence
  • No combustion, no exhaust signature, no acoustic signature
  • First demonstration at Campus Defence, Belgium (2026)
  • Classified site configurations available under NDA
  • EU sovereign supply chain, Luxembourg entity

Solid oxide.
Reforming on-site.
Net negative.

Poseidon’s power system combines modular solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) with AI-optimised microgrid control, carbon capture at source, and full heat recovery. The result is a power plant that produces more than it emits, without combustion, without grid exposure, without compromise on availability.

Hydrogen is reformed on-site from natural gas or biomethane. Captured CO₂ is exported via pipeline, or liquefied for offtake by train, road, and waterway, for industrial offtake or recirculation into our green hydrogen and solar-gas projects.

Technology 01

SOFC Skid-Based Generation

Modular +60 kW solid oxide fuel cell units in a 25 MW, 20×33 m footprint. N+6 redundancy within each skid. Rapid deployment, hot-swap maintenance, zero combustion.

25 MW
per 20 × 33 m installation

Technology 02

Microgrid & BESS

N+2 battery energy storage and microgrid architecture absorbs fluctuations, enables black-start, and eliminates diesel gensets entirely.

guaranteed availability

Technology 03

Carbon Capture & Heat Recovery

Up to 99% CO₂ capture from fuel cell exhaust, exported via pipeline, liquefaction, road, rail, and waterway. Recovered heat supplied to district networks. Total system efficiency 85–90%.
